The DC45 Brass Core Spray Nozzle produces a hollow cone pattern when used with the D1-D16 Hardened Stainless Steel Disc-Cores. Made with brass material for excellent wear life. The nozzle is capable of producing smaller droplets for thorough coverage, perfect for air blast spraying applications in vineyards and orchards.A standard assembly with the Brass Core would look like this: Nozzle body, strainer, brass core, HSS disc-core, and a CP1325 cap.The TeeJet 8079-PP-50 Tip Strainer acts like a filter for the nozzle, filtering out particles that may enter the nozzle. It protects tip orifices from clogging and damage. Install the strainer in the nozzle body behind the nozzle and cap.
