Excellent, rapidly growing Architectural Millwork Manufacturer is seeking a Production Manager who will oversee/ manage Production. Machine operators and Cabinetmakers in their fast-paced production environment. Will also be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair of shop equipment and recommend new equipment upgrades.
What you'll own
- Duties:
- • Daily scheduling of work.
- • Facilitating weekly production meetings.
- • Assignment and load-leveling of tasks.
- • Quality control.
- • Overseeing work flow processes.
What we're looking for
- Qualifications:
- • 5+ years Production Management experience in Millwork / Custom Casework operations.
- • Must be knowledgeable in productivity standards in collaboration with Operations Manager.
- • Will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair of shop equipment and recommend new equipment upgrades.
- • Should have a proven track record in meeting deadlines
- • Tech savvy.
- • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
