Need TWO Operation Manager for a very good client in the Southeast U.S. This is a high end wood products facility. One person manages the assembly department with three team leaders and 110 employees and the other manages a custom operation with three team leaders and 70 or so employees.

Degree is GREAT, wood experience a must.

7+ years experience in Wood Products Manufacturing.

STABILITY is very important…These jobs report to two different people BOTH have been there over 25 years, so they like low turnover in candidates.
